In food processor chop:

1/2 onion
4 carrots
1/4 purple cabbage
3 cups broccoli
3 cups cauliflower

Add:

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Parsley
Oregano
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper

Stir it up, add to greens and top with chickpeas, nutritional yeast, broccoli sprouts and pumpkin seeds! Add additional dressing that you love. 🥰
