Shrimp scampi. One of my FAVORITES! I've made it three times already and love how easy the recipe is. If you don't have a Wegmans available to you, then it'll be difficult because you can't just pick up their garlic cheese finishing butter. But if you do have one, it's SO easy. Instead of using half the container of the butter, I use the whole thing and I throw the shrimp over linguine pasta.
