Soy Milk Brown Rice Pudding - Try this Biotin rich dish! Ingredients o Brown rice soaked for an hour 1/3 cup o Soy milk 3 cups o Brown sugar 8 tablespoons o Seedless dates slivered 6-8 Method Heat soy milk in a thick bottom pan. Add brown rice and cook till it is done. Add dates and continue to cook till the rice is soft. Transfer into four serving bowls and chill. Spread two tablespoons of brown sugar on top of each and caramelise it using a brulee torch. Serve. #DrAtulPeters #TeamBariatric…
