Some we learn by observation, some by experience. No one teaches these to us. However, these things are as important as our experience and our job specific skills. I decided to compile those and collect them as A2Z of Professional Life.

Fact is that the internet is full of articles, blogs and what not about professional email etiquette. And yet, yet we see emails everyday that make us cringe, laugh, or cry out in sheer horror. Today, I will talk about a few simple lessons I learnt about email!
