This egg free, wheat free and dairy free brownie is delicious and simple to make. Ingredients 300 gm dark cooking chocolate (Vegan) 100 gm jaggery 50 gm chickpea flour (besan) 100 gm whole rice flour (or optionally wheat flour) 50 gm fine corn rice (polenta) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 4 tbsp cashew butter 300 ml plant – based milk (soy / rice/ almond) 100 gm walnuts
This is a really healthy cake recipe that is super simple. Ingredients 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup tahini (sesame butter) 1 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup jaggery 1 cup nuts 1 cup raisins 1 tsp baking powder cinnamon powder to taste 1 cup orange juice/sweet lime juice any nut butter for greasing cashew powder for sprinkling on the cake

It’s decadent, moist, and dangerously delicious. I have found that doubling the recipe (for both the cake and the frosting) is perfect for a two-layer cake.
