Idea for a Reclaimed Brick Path for the home and garden, love the faux chevron pattern, I'd Expand the path and paint the bricks alternating.

Lavender at the Courson Flower Show Paris or rather the lack of it! A glorious day out with hardly a dried flower in sight, but lots of beautiful roses.

Auricula Theatre. Auriculas prefer the cool of outside, but not the wet. The show varieties, in particular, which have the floury covering to their flowers & leaves, immediately mark with a drop of water; and they hate baking sun.That's why they are traditionally grown in the shelter of a theatre, half outside, half in.  Miners and weavers in the North of England used to carry their Auricula Theatres on their backs to shows. The plants were much prized and the displays meticulously prepared.
