Change your Mindset
Don't allow your mind to take you down the path of negativity. Be proud of who are and keep your mindset and perspective positive.
Your mind is so powerful that it can literally, make you believe everything you think. One of the most impactful things you can do is to learn to observe your thoughts and not believe them. For example, your mind might tell you that you're not good enough to go after what you want, even though you want it so bad. But, instead of observing that thought, you believe it and convince yourself you can't do it. This happens so much that you may not even realize it's happening.
I made a decision to take a 7-day break from all social media, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. When was the last time, if ever, that you took a break from all social media? Whenever it is, I highly recommend you do it again or give it a try. The first is always the hardest step. When you learned how to walk, you fell so many times, but you got back up and tried it again, and again, and again until you learned how to walk. As you got older, you learned how to fail and experienced all the negativity that comes with it; you let that paralyze you into being afraid to take the next step for what you genuinely want to do. It's time to go back to being fearless and take that first step towards the life you want.
