Korean fried chicken
Freshly made yatche mandu (Korean dumpling filled with tofu, veggies, and sometimes kimchi) with sweet & spicy kochujjang garlic sauce. The sauce is the one that usually coats Korean fried chicken so peanuts are a must to give it that authentic taste. This dish brings back memories of late nights in Seoul. We were young, we drank too much, we laughed until it hurt, we spent 6 years having a blast. The taste of this sauce and a good pint of Hite beer is what my dreams are made of.
