For everyone who doesn’t like almond flour, here are 2 ingredient (ok 3) gluten free donuts that can be high protein if you use Greek yogurt. 

Note: if your dough is too wet and sticky add more flour and vice versa 

Ingredients 

1 3/4 cup gluten free flour or regular self rising flour 
1 cup vanilla yogurt 
2 teaspoon baking powder (leave out if using self rising )

Use oil on your hands to prevent it from being too sticky 

Air fry at 350 for about 8-9 minutes

Eating a satisfying and high-protein breakfast helps to prevent overeating later in the day. I will be sharing a few of my favorite high-protein easy breakfast ideas over the next couple of weeks.

*Update* ingredients ppl asking for exact ingredients 

1 Ripe mashed banana
⅓ cup natural peanut butter
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
¾ cup rolled oats,  use quick cooking
½ teaspoon baking powder

1) Preheat the oven to 375F. Mash one ripe banana, add the egg, natural peanut butter, and pure vanilla extract. Give it a stir and add the rolled oats and baking powder.

2) Stir again and pour into a muffin tin lined with parchment paper cupcake liners. I get 4 medium muffins out of this recipe, so feel free to double or triple it.

3) Bake for 22-25 minutes or until light and golden.

4) Enjoy with salted butter or anything you like.
