3 cups Rice 2 cups Bengal Gram (split)  1 cup Yoghurt (sour)  3 Green Chillies 1 pinch Mustard seeds (black)  1 pinch Sesame Seeds Coconut to taste (ground)  Sprig Curry Leaves Coriander leaves for garnishing 1 pinch Baking Soda Salt to taste   Soak the rice and channa dal overnight. Grind it and add the curd and salt. Leave it for 5 to 6 hrs to ferment in a warm area of the room. Mix green chilli paste into it. steam.
