Easier than you think Rainbow Cupcakes!

Rainbow cupcakes Make a normal box of white cake mix and divide into six bowls. Use gel food coloring to dye the batter. Start with purple and worked your way backwards through the rainbow adding a spoonful of batter in each color.

Frozen strawberry yogurt snacks - You can make them by dipping strawberries (halved or whole) in vanilla yogurt (Greek might be best, because it's thicker), then putting on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper and freezing.
