Understand what is in your control
Sometimes what keeps us stuck is our frustration about what we are unable to change in life. This is your reminder that you are only in control of you, your mindset, thoughts, actions, reactions, boundaries and behavior. What other people do + think is completely out of your control. A helpful practice when you find yourself focusing on things outside of your control is just to remind yourself what part of the situation you have control over--which is how you think, feel + act.
