cinnamon roll pancakes: 1/3C oat flour, 1/2T coconut flour,1t sweetener, 1/6t butter extract, 2/3t baking powder,1t cinnamon, 2 egg whites, 2T mashed banana/applesauce & 3-4T almond milk. Mix in blender and fry w/coconut oil. Filling: 2t almond butter,1t sweetener, 1-2T almond milk. Mix w/a spoon and spread over the pancake. Roll it up and cut in spaller pieces. Drizzle with a vanilla protein glaze made with: 1T vanilla whey + 1-2T almond milk.
