And promptly polished one off for afternoon tea. These delightful baked porridge pots are so easy to make and *actually* taste like a blueberry muffin, topped with pistachios.

During the last #iqs8wp someone (unfortunately I can't remember who it was so I can't credit them!) had the brainwave of using pancetta instead of bacon, which makes these even easier to make - no chopping required, the pancetta fits perfectly.
