This cooling green coconutty smoothie bowl from the @iquitsugar ebook was perfect for lunch on this very hot Sunday. Topped with shredded coconut and the edible flowers gifted to me from canberra @esntlingredient. Plus because the recipe makes two serves I've got monday breakfast sorted too! Win!
This Mango and Coconut parfait (with salted pineapple) is a fast, simple, refreshing and oh so nourishing summertime dessert. Yes it really is good for you. It is refined sugar-free, gluten, dairy and grain-free (low-fructose option too).
Here is a weekend breakfast for you! @missmarzipancom's Blueberry Muffin Baked Porridge Pots. I made these earlier today to enjoy for breakfast tomorrow, but made the mistake of having a taste... And promptly polished one off for afternoon tea. These delightful baked porridge pots are so easy to make and *actually* taste like a blueberry muffin, topped with pistachios.
Go forth and cook, my pretties! @iquitsugar bacon and egg 'cupcakes', with a little basil pesto swirled through the top. I make these often, because they're so easy! During the last #iqs8wp someone (unfortunately I can't remember who it was so I can't credit them!) had the brainwave of using pancetta instead of bacon, which makes these even easier to make - no chopping required, the pancetta fits perfectly. Ready in 15 minutes. The recipe is on the @iquitsugar website. #IQS
