Slimming world syn free chicken and spaghetti in a creamy spicy tomato sauce. Super quick and easy. Chicken breast cut into strips and coated in spray oil and salt n pepper. Put on George foreman. Cook spaghetti. Fry some fresh chilli. Add veg of your choice (I had mushrooms, peppers and courgette). Fry lightly. Add tin of tomatoes. Bring to simmer. Season to taste. Add cooked spaghetti Take off heat. Add quark until melted. Serve with the cooked chicken. Delicious.
