Healthy Chocolate Protein Shake | Mama Bear Bliss
This healthy chocolate protein shake is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. 1/2 cup frozen bananas, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, and handful of ice.
Slender Brownie Batter Overnight Oats
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide between 2 small bowls. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid). Top with chopped nuts or topping of choice if desired! Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm! Serves 2
Slender Green Tea Frappe
Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached. If you do not have green tea extract powder then replace the extract and the almond milk for 300ml of brewed green tea, cooled.
