Yoga alignment
Through this quote i remember a story which I often share with my students. There was a monk in Tibet who lived more than 250 years. He was asked by journalist the secret to his long life? He replied, I follow three things in my life the first, I always keep my spine straight. Second, I keep my breath rhythmic and third, I never allow any negative thought in my life.
