No-Churn Chocolate Ice Cream
15min · 8 servings Ingredients • 1 14 oz can low fat sweetened condensed milk • 2 cups heavy whipping cream • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder dutch processed recommended • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 1/8 tsp salt Instructions • Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk together until fully combined. • Using a stand or hand mixer, whip cream until firm peaks form, approximately 3 minutes. • Add half of the whipped cream to the bowl with condensed milk and gently stir to combine. • Finally, pour the bowl mixture into the remaining whipped cream and fold to combine. • Pour mixture into a glass or metal loaf pan, If desired, top with chocolate chips or shavings. • Cover and chill for at least 3 hours, or until set.
