We were mighty excited with the line-up for Kala Ghoda festival this year. It promised much in an eight-day span. Just before summer sets in, the Kala Ghoda festival is the one event that Mumbaikars turn out in large numbers for. On February 4, the art festival finally kicked off. Performances like Susheela Raman and Raghu Dixit Project in music; Adhe Adhure and Queen Mandodari in theatre; a combination of cult, popular and tribute films are all part of the festival this year.
INDIA: COLOR WORLD: RAJVI CHHEDA We found color palette inspiration in the photography of 19 year old Rajvi Chheda. She says, "I love bright colours—they have so much energy in them and are a happy element. And being Indians, we’re colour obsessed." The images are of Kala Ghoda arts festival held annually in Mumbai. Find more color from Mango Popsicle on Facebook.
