I used to feel guilty for eating foods like this. Pizza meant shame. Anxiety. “I’ll just start over tomorrow…” There were times at family parties when I would skip having any pizza at all. There was a version of me that would’ve never worked out in sandals. I used to take it all so seriously. Chasing perfection. Tracking every rep. Every workout had to be intense.
