Try this EASY Piriformis Syndrome Stretch with Tristan Gatto, Home-Healing Expert
Piriformis Syndrome is where your piriformis muscle, which produces external rotation of your hip, becomes tight and pinches on the sciatic nerve. Most times this is what most people describe as “sciatica,” however they’re two different issues. This stretch above is my go-to for hip tightness, piriformis issues, and sciatica.
