Mechanix Illustrated December 1954 page 103. While paging through this old magazine, I was reminded that I had met Ives in about 1994, while he lived in Washington near the end of his life. We visited him at his home and stayed a while. I'm somewhat chagrined to have forgotten such a thing, but so much happened to me during the early 1990's, that many extraordinary events became daily mundane events.
