Exhibit 63. BAMBOOZLE 1993. First appearing on our screens in 1973 as the BBC service Ceefax, Teletext exploited the space available for broadcast not used by the television picture. Using these extra lines to send pages of text and block graphics, it was a precursor to the World Wide Web. Whilst predominantly used as an information service, interactive comics and simple games also had their place. Two of the most popular were Channel 4’s Bamboozle and ITV’s video game magazine Digitiser.
