My 11-month old LOVES these healthy, easy pancakes (freeze in Ziplocks for quick breakfasts)! Apple cinnamon: apple puree (fruit pouches=easy), pancake mix, cinnamon, apple pie spice, baby cereal (optional), add water until desired consistency. Carrot spice: 3 oz carrot puree, pancake mix, baby cereal, pinch apple pie spice, pinch cinnamon. Banana recipe: 3 oz banana puree, 1/2 banana, mashed or cubed finely, pancake mix, baby cereal, water. Have fun experimenting with other combos too!
