It’s time to build a better morning routine for myself! 🧸☕️✨ 01. Get enough sleep, make waking up early gradual. Goal is 6am during the week, and no later than 8am on weekends. 02. Make a reward. If I don’t make something more enjoyable than sleeping in….I’ll just sleep lol 03. The routine has to be more gradual, less rigid with 4 make goals to do before the morning is over of movement, meditation, journaling and breakfast.
