Slow cooker beef curry - tried with ghee instead of sunflower oil, and coconut cream instead of yogurt (easier to freeze it without dairy). Didn't add tomatoes. Cooked on low for 9 hours. Had to omit the hot peppers since baby will have too. Delish.
