We all struggle with anxiety and panic from time to time. I believe spiritual practices meant to help us live better, so we can use them to balance and make our life happier and more fulfilled. These practices help me with worries and anxiety and I can’t imagine living without them, it could be really hard when we panic, but there is a way to overcome it fast and effective, using energy of our own chakras and Soul.
