Wheel Pose. Amazing yoga instructor showed me how to easily get into wheel. Start in bridge. Bring your feet close enough to touch with your hands. Place hands over head and think about pulling yourself towards your legs as opposed to pushing up. Start out with your head on the ground and eventually progress to full wheel :) I'm outrageously un-flexible so if I can do it, anyone can!
