Rava Dosa recipe INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml) ½ cup unroasted rava/suji/fine semolina ½ cup rice flour ¼ cup maida/all purpose flour 1 green chili/hari mirch, chopped 1 medium sized onion/pyaaz, finely chopped ½ inch ginger/adrak, finely chopped 8-9 curry leaves/kadi patta, chopped 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ½ tsp crushed black pepper ½ tsp cumin seeds 1.5 to 2 cups water or as required salt as required oil or ghee or butter for frying the dosa
INSTRUCTIONS mix all the ingredients mentioned above except oil. keep aside for 30 to 40 minutes. heat the tava or non-stick pan. spread 1 or 2 tsp oil. if using non-stick pan then no need to spread oil. with a ladle pour the batter from the edges towards the center. sprinkle ½ or 1 tsp of oil from the top. let the base becomes golden or crisp. flip and cook the other side. when both the sides are cooked, remove the dosa from the pan. prepare all the dosas this way.
PREPARATION: In a cast iron pan or a non stick pan. drizzle ½ tsp of oil with a spoon. Stir the batter and take a ladle full of batter, then pour the batter moving outwards to inside like the way we do for rava dosa. Cover with a lid and cook the neer dosa till brown or flip it. Make a triangular fold on the tawa itself. Then remove the dosa and place it in a plate. Make neer dosas this way and place them separately without them touching each other in a plate.
INSTRUCTIONS: Soak 1 cup rice in water for 4 to 5 hours and Grind Add enough water, to a smooth the batter and take it in bowl or pan. Add more water to get a thin flowing watery consistency. Note: Add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Then add salt as required and stir well.

How to prepare Ragi Roti with Moringa Leaf Reciepe Take ragi flour in a bowl and add all the cut ingredients. Add salt and mix them. Add hot water to the mixture and make dough. Take a clean, wet cotton cloth (big kerchief size). Divide dough into small equal portions. Take each ball and spread it like chapati with your fingers on the cotton cloth. Take a pan, and fry these rotis. Add oil and fry them on both the sides like chapatis.
