Super smoothie!  I made this by blitzing a handful of almonds, a tsp of lucuma & around a cup of coconut water.. Once that was done I added 1/2 frozen banana, around 1/2 cup frozen blueberries & a big handful of spinach!  I love this mix of blueberries & spinach because the Vitamin C from the blueberries helps our bodies absorb more iron from the spinach!  Lucuma also has iron as well as zinc & calcium. Smoothies are a great way to get almonds into kids too.. We all know almonds...

{SWEET POTATO PIE SMOOTHIE} . This was a big hit with Little A (#20months) and a great way to get a serving of veggies in! He asked for another serving and I happily obliged  .  RECIPE: (makes approximately 200mls).  1 small sweet potato, cooked . 1/2 banana, frozen . 2-3 dates . 1 tbsp pb or any nut butter .
