Interlocking panel | VMZINC
The Interlocking panel system is designed for any facade to be cladded with a rainscreen system, for both new and refurbishment projects. It involves installing interlocking panels on metal or wood framework fixed to the supporting structure (masonry or metal structure). The metal facade panels are simply connected by the use of an interlocking groove giving the elegant appearance of a recessed joint. Panels can be perforated.
Composite | VMZINC
Composite is a multilayered panel made up of two sheets of zinc that are 0.5 mm thick and thermo-glued on either side of a mineral-rich polyethylene core for optimum reaction to fire. Combining the qualities, elegance and durability of VMZINC with the rigidity and smoothness of composite, Composite offers unique architectural possibilities for facades.
Standing seam for facade
The use of profiling and seaming machines for the closure of longitudinal seam joints significantly reduces installation time. The low height of the seams (25 or 32 mm) contributes to the modernity, lightness and regularity of the roof and facade, while highlighting its architectural purpose. When dealing with more complex designs this system presents a more technologically advanced appearance.
Flat lock panel | VMZINC
Flatlock panel can be installed aligned or staggered and both horizontally and vertically or even at an angle. The panels should be installed on a vertical wall or soffit. The façade system involves laying the panels on a compatible wooden framework or plywood fixed to the supporting structure (masonry or metal structure). Panels can be square, rectangular or diamond shaped. The panels interlock into each other on the four sides and are secured with concealed fasteners and clips.
Sine wave profile | VMZINC
It involves installing the Sine wave panels on a metal framework fixed to the supporting structure. The sine wave panels provide increased freedom of choice and design through the play of light and shadow on the cladding.
Perforation | VMZINC
