Repurposed old clothespins turned into Father Christmas (ornaments). Carved these using a hand-held battery operated dremmel (and various bits), also used a little tinted varnish (wiped on and off) to bring out the details. Turned out much better than I had anticipated. :) Took about 25 minutes each start to finish.
