vegan laksa paste. I managed to get hold of vegetarian fish sauce so I added a couple of tablespoons. This is a fantastic recipe, a cake that actually works in the slow cooker. Mine was vegan and had 2 eggs worth of egg replacer powder by Orgran and 2 eggs worth of vegan egg . This is a fantastic recipe, a cake that actually works in the slow cooker. Mine was vegan and had 2 eggs worth of egg replacer powder by Orgran and 2 eggs worth of vegan egg . I used carob powder instead of cocoa and sweetened soya milk.

Happy days, I accidentally created something akin to cottage cheese, but completely dairy free ( but with more calories/fat unfortunately) Cut Violife Greek White into small cubes. Blitz briefly with The Coconut Collaborative Almond yoghurt. It should still have some lumps. I'm going to make this again with A) Chives B) Pineapple. I'm sure it would work with other brands but this particular combo was perfect.

The sweetness of the corn goes so well with zingy lime juice and creamy avocado. I made the salsa but not on the barbeque. I simply boiled the cobettes and then mixed with the kernels with the other ingredients. Absolutely delicious on top of a jacket potato. I'll probably buy more corn on the cob and cook it this way.

I made this bolognese using new Naturli' minced. I find the appearance and smell of this faux meat very off putting, but the finished product is great! I used mushroom mince so that I could hide this them from my son who finds them disgusting. Me, I love mushrooms.

Ribollita is a substantial Italian soup made traditionally with cavolo nero cabbage. Although they don't suffer the same stigma as brussels sprouts , cabbages are an undervalued vegetable.
