Wistman's Wood in Dartmoor National Park in England. It is one of the most ancient oak woodlands in England, and is comprised of contorted oak trees which only grow to around 3 metres high. The trees grow through and around a carpet of boulders, and the whole scene is covered with moss. If ever there was a wood that could inspire 'Lord of the Rings', this is it.
