This is the Chemical Engineering aquarium. Neat setup I think. I took these photos with the Canon I bought for work use, along with the 100mm f2.8 macro lens. It is great, and we use it for photographing experimental samples most of the time, with the occasional artistic application. Anyway, these fish are hard to photograph. I thought kids were bad, but fish are ten times as fast, cannot be bargained with and are way too small. Anyway, I gave it a shot!

This is an accent wall sconce, not intended for general illumination. In a dark, shadowy room, a star field is displayed upon the ceiling above the lamp. This lamp is named after my son Braxton. This light fixture hangs on the wall, and the lantern cylinder is illuminated while slowly rotating. It was specifically designed to be viewed from a 3/4 angle (from where one is typically seated within a room). The round brass and mahogany knob at the top of the sculpture is the on/off switch.
