Make your own donna kebab! Slow cooker recipe -- 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 500g lamb mince, 1 tsp dry oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dry mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp onion powder. Combine all dry ingredients then add mince, mix thoroughly and remove all air pockets. Shape into a loaf, place in slow cooker on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. Slice as thinly as possible to serve.
