What you need: - 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup very hot water - 3/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt - 1 serving vanilla whey protein - 1/2 cup blueberries - 1 tbsp peanut butter - 1 tsp honey Sprinkle of cinnamon How to: - Add chia seeds and hot water to a bowl Mix for about 30 seconds until the chia seeds gel up Stir in Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth Add toppings and enjoy������ #WhatDoesHealthyNutritionMean #HowAHealthyNutrition

Apple Fritters, Suitable from 6 months, Freezer friendly, Makes 8 fritterS: • 1 apple, grated • 1 egg • 2 tbsp self raising flour • 50ml milk • Optional but makes them amazing* • 1 tsp of vanilla essence or half tsp cinnamon 1. Beat egg, milk and essence. Add flour and make a batter. Add in grated apple. In a hot pan add butter/coconut oil. Add tbsp of fritter and turn once you see bubbles forming. 30min · 6 servings Ingredients: • -1 large apples grated • -2 large apples diced • -2 cups rolled oats • -2 Tbsp chia seeds • -1/3 cup apple sauce • -1/2 tsp vanilla • -2 Tbsp maple syrup • -3/4 tsp cinnamon • -1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional) • -2 1/4 cup milk of choice • -1/3 cup pecans Toppings: • -Crumbled Biscoff or Graham Crackers • -Maples syrup Directions: • Preheat oven to 350F: • -Add the grated apple, rolled oats, chia seeds, apple sauce, vanilla, maple syrup 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and all of the milk to o a 9 x 13 baking dish. • -Mix all of the ingredients together using a fork. • -Top with chopped apple, walnuts and remaining cinnamon • -Bake for 25 minutes. • -Serve warm and top with Biscoff crumble and maple syrup.
