On Wednesday of this week I started on a diet that I found on Pinterest. It's called the 3 Day Military Diet. Basically, the idea of the diet comes from military people who use the diet to lose weight quickly. The plan says you should lose up to 10 lbs in 3 days if you follow the diet exactly!
