Chysauster Village, Cornwall, is a late Iron Age and Romano-British village of courtyard houses, which is currently in the care of English Heritage. The village included eight to ten houses, each with its own internal courtyard. To the south east is the remains of a fogou, an underground structure of uncertain function.
"Propellor SS Belem Shipwreck" A very low tide at Sandymouth Beach & Northcott Mouth, nr Bude, N Cornwall, UK exposes the propeller from the wreck of the 1,925 ton Portuguese steamship (formerly German SS Rhodos) stranded in fog on 20 Nov 1917 on passage from Gibraltar to Barry with ballast.
