A young Abraham Lincoln 1809-1865, born to Thomas and Nancy Lincoln in a one-room log cabin on the Sinking Spring Farm in Hardin County, Kentucky (now LaRue County). In 1818 the family moved across the Ohio River to non-slave territory to what is now Spencer Co. IN. The family moved further west in 1830 to Macon Co. IL.
