The Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall Subway station, opened on October 27, 1904, serves the 4-train, 5-train, and 6-train along IRT Lexington Avenue Line. It functions as the south terminus for the 6-train, which turns via the City Hall loop. Artwork includes a 1996 work by Mark Gibian titled Cable Crossing.
