The Jane Addams Center in Lakeview run by the Hull House on Broadway near Belmont. Saw cutting-edge theater here such as Steppenwolf's "True West"  by Sam Shepard, with John Malkovich & Gary Sinise. Also took bookbinding classes, "the classmate next to me looks at lumpy stitches of her binding, a number of pages sticking out ever so slightly from the rest, and says 'The only thing perfect is God.'"

The Jane Addams Center in Lakeview run by the Hull House on Broadway near Belmont. Saw cutting-edge theater here such as Steppenwolf's "True West" by Sam Shepard, with John Malkovich & Gary Sinise. Also took bookbinding classes, "the classmate next to me looks at lumpy stitches of her binding, a number of pages sticking out ever so slightly from the rest, and says 'The only thing perfect is God.'"

July 27, 2014  Actor Gary Sinise, whose memorable roles include Lt. Dan Taylor in the movie Forrest Gump, recognized Iowa's own Puppy Jake Foundation at an event held on July 24th aboard the USS Iowa battleship in Los Angeles.
