Born in Essex, in Rainham into a working class family, Adam was exposed to the world of cooking from an early age. On the eve of his 16th birthday, Adam was introduced to the Savoy Education Trust who in turn offered him a placement as an apprentice chef at Claridge’s which; in the words of his father ‘The Queen eats at Claridge’s so it must be good!’ After his interview on the Friday, he turned 16 on the Saturday and started his first job on Monday.



Richard is the Michelin star chef/owner of Corrigan Restaurants, which operates Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Corrigan’s Mayfair in London and Bentley’s Sea Grill in Harrods, London. Richard’s culinary career, in brief, spans several years in the Netherlands, head chef of Mulligan’s in Mayfair and gaining his first Michelin Star as head chef of Fulham Road in Fulham in 1994 and his second star at Lindsay House in Soho, in 1997 #Michelinstar #Finedining #Mayfair

After several years working front-of-house, Chez Bruce started cooking professionally in his mid-twenties as a junior chef at Bibendum Restaurant, London in 1990. A year in the kitchen at The Square followed, and after that he worked at acclaimed restaurant Chez Max as sous and latterly Head Chef. Chez Bruce opened for business in 1995. The Walnut Tree michelin star - Shaun Hill is one of Britain's most enduringly successful chefs. He began his career in 1966, working for Robert Carrier in his Islington restaurant. He went on to work in some of London's most prestigious addresses including The Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge with Brian Turner and Blakes in South Kensington.
