I especially like the first one. We take things way too personally and often see people who hurt or disagree with us as the bad guy when, in reality, they're just living out their life from their perspective. The same as we are.
Playing volleyball these past few years of my college experience is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Never once did it cross my mind that a paycheck would further my love for the game and what I love doing. Athletes, what do you think?
Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself. But always remember that you don't need anyone to know your name for you to know in your bones that you're taking steps in the right direction every day. You are already worthy, and valued. You don't need to earn that or prove it to anyone.
