This is a perfect example of the perfect dress I would love to own in my closet. I would wear this on a date or prom! I love the unique cutouts that gives an unexpected touch because of the flowy chiffon fabric. This looks like a very comfy dress and flows beautifully when I dance. Without any doubt I would love to make a dress similar to this picture.
