I Love this poem! We gave this to my daughter's kindergarten teacher.
Challenge display in my class. Over the week coloured lolly sticks are placed in different areas. When children complete a challenge/task they put a stick in their pot of gold.

Every year for each of my kids, on the first day of school they will write their name on a chalkboard and take a picture to see how their body and their handwriting changes! Such a great idea!
