QUICK EASY MEXICAN CORNBREAD 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin mix, 1 sm can cream corn, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter melted, 1/2 minced onion, 1/4 cup diced jalapenos, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup can milk.
