Belgium based photographer Alison Anselot, recently started a project with the Magazine Trendland where she will share a new recipe each week that is inspired by one of the Pantone colors.

Saffron Parmesan Risotto : Pantone Preparation Time: 30 min Cook Time: 10 min 1 cup of rice arborio large onion finely chopped cup of white wine 3 cups of chicken broth 1 large pinch of saffron 1 tsp of butter cup of grated parmesan
