Homemade AfterSun Sunburn Relief Gel with Essential oils

After getting a bit too much sun on my shoulders yesterday down the beach, I was so glad to see that the doterra Australia website had listed an After Sun Spray recipe I went straight to my oil stash and got a small spray bottle and made some up for myself. It has cooled down my sunburn and smells amazing.

Need a little help? Mix the grief blend together in a glass jar (I like to use empty EO bottles that I save) and diffuse 6 drops at to help you get through tough times. You may also put in a 10 ML roller ball, top off with fractionated coconut oil and apply to the bottoms of your feet and back of your neck. These oils can be purchased at www.mydoterra.com/kellyjanice
