Mediterranean Swordfish (Great for all phases) Serves 2 ~ •1 lb raw swordfish Marinade •2 tsp olive oil •2 Tbsp lemon juice •1 Tbsp water •½ tsp ground oregano •¼ tsp sea salt •¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper •1 clove garlic, finely minced ~Whisk garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, water, oregano, salt, & black pepper. Pour into ziploc. Add fish, marinate in fridge 2-8 hrs, turn bag occasionally . Grill on med-high heat. Cook til cooked through & flakes easily w/fork.
